Mwod: Adductor wall “groinage” beat down 3 min
Spine rotation, 2 min each side
Retest: Box Squat

Great groin stretch. When I do that internal rotation stretch I get a pull on what I can only guess is the semitendinosus muscle in the hamstring. Basically the inner bottom right up by the crotch. A question I have in general is that if you're stretching a certain region and you are feeling impingement in the antagonist muscle to what you are trying to target what does that mean? Example would be stretching the hamstrings and feeling pain in the hip flexors.
Kstar – impressive flexibility there. As a PT, I don't like to see any impingement pain during a stretch. I would have you try to stabilize the proximal segment differently or just reset the stretch. Good luck
Kstar, I love your MWODs, I've been following them religiously! I've just tried the internal rotation stretch for today, and I notice quite a painful pull on the medial knee of the leg that is internally rotated. Is there a way to adapt the stretch to take that pain away?

with the wall stretch I feel some tension on the inside of my knees which is limiting me to open up my hips more. Any suggestions?
