I want to publicly apologize to those of you affected by the shameful snoring of the people next to you in bed, sleeping on their backs. But it is for performance, so.

Today we are going to hit the hammies, and mash the quads.
How did the hollow rocking go?

Mwod: 2 min each leg on the Hammie/Hurdler Stretch
4min each leg mashing the crap out of your quad bits (if it’s a little intense just stroke the furry walls)

I’m serious about the 3 min hollow rock. If you can catch it on film first, it’ll be worth a guest spot at a mobility seminar.

    Hollow rock – Today: 42 secs. First try yesterday: 30 secs

    Should have videoed first one, will try to get one tomorrow.
