We’ve just finished up at Crossfit Black Box in Norway, and tomorrow we are in the Denmark.
We’ve got a couple of high hip mobs for you including a new hip flexion/straight leg mob with a new take on the band distraction assist. And, we’ve got two position of ungluing your arm in the horizontal plane.

Grab two minutes each side with the hip flexion, 2 x 1 min in the bulgarian hip stretch,
and two minutes per stretch in the horizontal scap ungluing.

I bet Hamlet was flexible.
