Episode 71: Overhead Squat/Snatch Prep

      Hello the MWoders,

      Today we are presenting the Mob-fest from the inside of a Danish church (also the home of Crossfit Copenhagen).
      Sick, I know.

      Test: Overhead Squat/Snatch Receiving Position
      Mwod: Two minuets opening up the hip and groin against the wall.
      Two minutes each leg doing sweeping/roaming Pigeon Pose
      Two minutes Foam Roller/keg drill with barbell if possible
      Two minutes each side bully shoulder drill

      Pain makes you beautiful.

    In this Keg Drill, is there any significance in using the barbell. I’m doing the same move with a light PVC pipe. Surely this is the same if you keep your hands in the correct position? Thanks
