Hey MWod Beasts,
Today’s work piece is all about mobilizing the evil behind forward head on neck position.

Hey Kelly,
I inquired a few weeks back about a larger ball for hitting the psoas. I picked up a regulation softball which is very firm and works great for getting deep. Just an FYI for everyone.
Hey that really hurts!
Whenever I start doing the first stretch on the right side, my right hand starts falling asleep. Fine on the left side. Should I conclude anything from this?
Just wondering how often you would recommend working through a sequence of tack floss etc for the neck/shoulder? Is it something you can do daily if you really want to see some improvement?
