Hey Mobilities,

Today’s mission is to break up the Mwod into little chunks that are done throughout the day.
Your goal is to collect 10 x 1 min hip flexion mobs with the foot up on an elevated surface. Don’t be fancy. Just find some business and go to town. Imagine what you could get done if you just buried mobility into your mundane, un-leopard like life.

    The other day on CFJ CP (pocket gymnast) was teaching JK how to do a backflip. What mobility drills would be suit that as a prep?

    Can anyone tell me what band strength I should buy for doing the mobility work that uses bands? I don't want to waste my time or rip my arm off.

    Been following the mwod religiously and is constantly improving in all areas but one which is the one I spend most of my time with.

    The Left Hip

    I do not seem to able to connect with my left side abductors nor glutes since the capsule wont let me for some reason. Been trying so hard that I've really stressed my knee.

    Tips on how to approach a stiff/immobile hip capsule?
