Hey MWodistas,
We’re back with some new variations on familiar hip mobilizations.
The tricky concept is that both the hip and shoulder require full ranges of motion internally, in order to be effectively externally rotated to develop torque and stability.
In short, a joint isn’t normal and healthy unless it has full, pain free range of motion. Seems reasonable yes?

Hey Kelly,
just wanted to say thanks again for the awesome cert you did yesterday; can't wait to bring all the awesome info back to the gym. Also, sorry if you caught me nodding off towards the end. Unfortunately I couldn't get off work the night before and I had to go from there to the cert without any sleep! Needless to say it wasn't your lecture that was putting me to sleep : )
Anyway, if your ever in Philly drop me a line. Adios, Justin.
I'm noticing a trend for Kelly's "assistants" to look slightly nervous at the start of these videos.
Once upon a time they would have been all unsuspecting, but now they're onto you KStarr.
That was a brilliant set of mobilisations Kelly, thank-you.

Great cert, Kelly. Thanks again to Ryan and everyone at BWI for hosting!
@Metric – yea dude, nerve wracking as we begin to understand that first we endure pain, then comes the feel good part.
K Star, your cert is the shiznits NO doubt man, for only one day, that is the most powerful and useful day of training info I ever got!
