Today we’ve got a gnarly hip extension opener and some thoracic opening. Remember to always view a movement problem within the context of the whole athlete system. Improving thoracic extension for example, will help hip extension.

    I've been trying to decipher some of your language for awhile. It must be Physical Therapy school lingo.
