Hey MWodies,

Today:
Collect 2-3 minutes in the Ulitmate ovehead Position mobilization, and 2 minutes for each leg in each of the other two bits.

The goal is to be able to handle the “hardest” piece of the workout (the overhead squats) and still be able to sprint out the early part of the mile run.

very cool stuff Kstar! I suck at overhead squatting. I believe this is so mostly because of my lack of shoulder flexibility. Thanks you for giving this information out for people like me to attack their flexibility weaknesses!

Good stuff man! Hip flexibility is no big deal… My difficulties are in my upper back. Years of construction work and swimming have given me a lot of inflexibility in my shoulders so OH squatting is very painful even with just using the bar. I can OH press #155 no problem but as soon as I try and squat with it I lose all strength.
