Hey Performance Machines,

Today we’ve got a special treat, Baby Shoulder! Yeah, it turns out babies are hard on your shoulders. Sorry. They are.
All three mobs today can be done solo, but are better with a superfriend (TM).

The final hip mob is a fix for that pesky flexion/abduction/external rotation problem (FABER). What makes this guy so special is its ability to capture the hip capsule and medial chain tissues. This Beast hooks up the hip power in the bottom of the squat. It also chases away that pesky, deep high hammie business.

Thanks! Well, I've tried this move with a few quart ziplock baggies of sand, but not with a 45 lb. plate. That should produce some serious results! I will report back tomorrow with how it goes. It might end up being a solo effort.

I did episode 133 during free time at the airports. The chairs there were a little bit too slippery for super-effective couching, but I threw in the soft tissue work with the lax ball as well.
