    Just found out that a rolling pen Works quite well instead of a barbell. My wife was my super friend tonight and took great pride in giving me that much pain. Thanks again for the awesome site.

    Way to use what's around the house, Joe. I too have often used a rolling pin on the calves and thighs (I like it better than "The Stick"). It's a great idea for those paleo households that no longer have much need for a rolling pin, other than as a meat tenderizer. ;-)
