Hey Mwodies,

You may have noticed a slow change 1/2 day behind evolution to the Mwod in the last few days.
The truth is that we’ve been a day ahead for about 100 days now. And, the psychological dissonance has been killing me.
Now we are at 145/365. I’ve been living with the guilt of actually doing 366 mwods for months now.

Mia culpa.

Now, I want you to take a good look at your wrist flexibility. If you have a wrist problem, is it of your own making?

    Once you complete the 365, please don't ever take down the website! Or make a big notification in advance if you do so that we can all download the videos. I plan on just cycling through the videos year after year.

    Agree Kaitlin.

    I vote for a Bear and GStarr only MWOD as day 366.

    They can both intro (they've done that). GStarr can video and talk (she's done that) and Bear can demo (she's done that).

    Hey Kstar.

    I tend to get pain in my dorsal wrist after swimming. I think the pains is caused by a muscle in my forearm. Is there any chance to get rid of this wrist pain except stop swimming for a week???

    @imagnusx even if the mobility wod site is taken down, the videos are on YouTube unless k-star decides to delete them
