      Hey Mwod kids!

      I want to introduce you to the holy grail of hip mobility for the high glute/internal rotation. If you run, and you do, this is for you.

      Get 2 min of movement each side and test/retest with some running and squatting/jerking.

      Get some.

    Just tried this. It works, just tricky to set up. My tight side (right) doesn’t want to internally rotate.
