      Hey Supple Ones,

      Today we are working on getting ready for some sprinting amongst other things.
      Good movement preparation is really important, especially when you add a high velocity to your movement mix (ie. sprinting 100m’s vs. 400m “runs”.” Make sure you’ve got the end range elasticity and spend some time getting your nervous system ready to go fast.

      Because, the faster you go, the faster you can go.

    This might be my favorite episode. Kelly has some phenomenal range of motion when he does those leg swings. Definitely gonna work on this stuff.
