Hey Mobilitats,

Today’s project is all about how to use your couch to improve your athletic performance.  Chances are, you’re not strict-strict paleo and watch a little TV once in a while.  So, put those commercials to use and start the timer.

Here’s the challenge.  Anytime a commercial comes on, you hit a mobilization.

    Just wanted to let you know that I spent the past two days watching about 30 episodes. This is my new favorite thing. I finished my barbell training linear progress and am on to intermediate, but I’ve neglected mobility up to this point and it’s catching up to me. No longer.

    I’d be especially interested if you have any specific tips for eliminating plantar fisciitis, as I think I’ve got a somewhat nasty case of it.

    I’ve had the blue RumbleRoller for a while now. It’s awsome but I still use several rollers. I like the variety.

    I have had a rumble roller for a few months. It is great, but I use the TP Rollers too.
