      Today mission is to prepare the hip for better athletic pulling, like deadlifting, by improving the relationship of your femur to your hip socket.

      Sounds like voodoo? It’s is. Or as Mark Bell says, “trickery”. We are “tricking” you to improve your mechanical advantage and position.
