Episode 210: 10 Minute Squat Test # 7


Hey MobKids,

It’s that time again. Grab a friend and collect 10 minutes messing around in the bottom of that “paleo” chair. This should be getting easier by now and so today we are going to make it a little harder by dropping the other leg off the box. If you don’t have a box, think about the ”shooting the duck” roller skating position. Remember: Normal is FULL range of loaded motion. Don’t be that guy.
