I’ve been doing the sea salt and lemon juice in my water for a while now. I’ve noticed a big difference. Love your videos!

wow… dehydration test left a big dent in my shin. Must be why I’m always thristy and drinking water. I drink more than four liters a day easily.

So all I need to do is add a pinch of sea salt? I always hear that too much sodium in the diet isn’t good for a person.

Really Enjoying the website. I have a really tight lower back, have had it my entire life. It is a chronic pain, and over the years i’ve slowly learned it must be from tight posterior chain and hip muscles. I think these mobility videos are very beneficial to me, plus your enthusiasm for it makes it easy to watch.

That said, I thought I hydrated very well. Drinking 4 liters of water a day. But my mouth always felt dry no matter how much water I drank. Then I saw this video and did the Dehydration Test. Sure enough, like other people here, it leaves a dent in my shin for a good 30 seconds+. After realizing this, I ordered a Multi-Vitamin and started to add a little more sodium into my diet. I am hoping this will balance out my nutrient intake and fix this little problem of mine.

    Here’s to you Kstar.
