I had something funky going on today. I’m by no means flexible but I can normally get through these Mobility mods with no problem.

In that frog position I felt something really pinch every time I contracted on my left arse. Left was totally fine. It really felt more joint related. Any Idea or should I push through and just ignore it?

I think this should be done in the bedroom, not the garage. Your neighbors might be call the police.

    Awkward.

The Mobility WOD is amazing. Bigger Stronger Faster approved. After Bi-Lateral Hip surgery and years of tightness, I think I may touch my toes one of these days.

K* – you often talk about electrolytes, and getting enough of them. Which specifically do you find athletes lacking? K+? Mg2+? Na+? Ca2+? All of the above? I am often curious how it’s possible to get enough K+ during the day…as it isn’t in very many foods and the RDA is like 3g!

Will you please do a piece on electrolytes in the future?

KSizzle: In all seriousness coach I was wondering whats the best possible shot of getting a hold of you to pitch a biz offer/idea/plan? I was doing some KStar quad stretches today and got an idea for something I wanted to pass your direction. If you dont feel like giving out your email or phone (I wouldnt know why not….)please feel free to email me at xfitnut@yahoo.com
    Thank you!

Anything for groin, sports hernia type strains? I’ve some real nasty pain emanating from down there and its starting to piss me off. Any clues as to what might be causing it. Love this blog by the way I look forward to it every day.
    Cheers, Alan
