Today’s mission is a little bit of a mixed bag. The main dish however, is to get you improve you hip extension. We see a crap ton of pelvic faulting (over-extenison/anterior pelvic tilt) when the leg is behind you and tight. Camp out on this hip extension and drill and talk to the honey badger (as he gnaws on your bits.) 3-4 minutes a side should do it. The key is that this mob has the lower leg nearly extended. This allows for increased hip extension angle during the mob. If you are a runner, this one’s for you.
