Hey Mobstars,
Today’s mission is to spend some time in the classic “track team” mobilization positions. This time however, you are going to apply your PNF/Hold Relax ninja mind skills to the old standby’s. Remember to keep your back flat and belly tight. Don’t stretch your nervous system. If you have a weird back, lay down and pull your leg to you instead.
Mission: 2-3 minutes l/r and middle.
Test/Retest: Good morning/stiff legged deadlift/lift your baby out of the crib

Kstar- As a rower with a history of disc problems, I was super excited to hear you mention Stuart McGill today. His approach to athletic performance seems to match well with yours. Keep up the good work.

Thanks KStar, PNF really makes a big difference with those stretches.
Any tips for shin splints?
Kelly – Would you mind doing a video addressing back spasms? How to prevent and/or how to manage once you’ve got one. I typically attack them with the pain ball and ice massage. Any other advice? Thanks. Jeff
Really looking forward to the book!
Bending forward with legs wide seems to kill my SI joint later in the day. Any ideas why? thanks….
