Episode 255: Creating Global Extension

    05/20/2011 | 0 Comments

      Hey Mwodies,

This Mob-mission is to open up the anterior hip in order to allow for global extension of the back and hip simultaneously. If the structures above and below the anterior hip are tight, we tend to see athletes break, or create a local extension moment in should what otherwise be a globally extended spine (like a pull up) or in what should be a more rigid spine(like a split jerk.) Also, we are adding a new way to unglue stiff tissues today.

NOTE: This is a new iphone and something is wrong with the mic. No one has their hand over the microphone…

      Mission: Spend 2 minutes a side/per mob

      Test/Retest: Kipping pull up/split jerk
