      Hey Mobile Ones,

      Today’s mission is a basic recipe for thinking about the tissues you need to address if you are dealing with the dreaded Shin Splints. Even if you don’t have the Splints, set the clock for two minutes and work on the tissues around your ankle.

    Hi Kstar,

    Im dealing with shin splints for about 6 months now, with up and downs. it came because of to much box jumps, double unders, and running when i started with Crossfit.

    My question is: In this movie you’re talking about shin splints on the outside of the shin (enterior?), but i’m having shin splints on the inside of my shin (posterior?)
    are the exercises where you are talking about also good for me then?

      Having the same problem with a lot of pain on the inside of my shins. Caused by double unders…some mornings it’s hard to walk because they hurt so bad. Having a few members of mine having the same issue! Any suggestions would be awesome!!!
