Hey MobFiends,

I’m heading up to our family’s week long Liquid Kayaking Camp today and will have no internet for the next week. So, I’m posting up a slew of Mwod missions to tide you all over.  Don’t you worry though, if I get access, I’ll post!

Today’s mission:  Open up your hard working lats and improve your overhead positioning.  2-3 min a mob per side; Test/retest:  Pullup/Swim

I’m not feeling the ball on the foam. It reminds me kinda what a wiseman once kinda said, “using the painball on carpet is what grandma does, grownups use the hardwood or the tile”…I’m just sayin…your words…paraphrased.

What kind of foam roller is that? I like the hard plastic cylinder being surrounded by the foam, feel like that won’t warp over time.

You should throw in some shout-outs to your gear of choice!

Dude, did this for my left lat because was feeling weakness in rear delt and OH squat. Moved upstream a little to the rear delt with the roller and ball. Absolutely amazing!! test retest showed great improvements and hit new PR for the OH. You da man sexy leopard!
