Today, I am happy to introduce you to a new level of pain. What’s that? You’ve mastered the barbell calf smash? Or, you can’t travel with a barbell on the airplane? No problem. You are so awesome, you’ve got a built in Bone Saw. Look, you’ve got to get through all of those layers of the common tendon of your calf. This takes some serious pressure. Fortunately, you’ll black out before you die. So at least you’ve got that going for you. Which is nice. I can’t be serious enough about this mobilization. It needs to be in the top drawer of your tool box. Quit farting around with your stiff heel cords. Pull out the Bone saw and make the world right.
