I am new and have a quick question: do you or most people just follow what is posted daily for the perform and recovery? Or do you know where your weakness is and only pick the videos that pinpoint the certain area? Thank you.

    There are many ways to follow the programming.
    One place you can start is the14-Day Mobility Challenge | 7 Green Lights | Day 1 this series is on the episodes tab. If you know what you need to work on you can search and find videos or go through the episodes, perform, and recovery pages and find ones that address the area you are looking for.
