Surgery Rehab Checklist
Here's Part II of our surgery strategy guidelines. This time: rehab. If surgery prep is one of the most common conversations we have with our athletes, THE most common conversation we have is with athletes who want to get back in the game as quickly as possible.
The reality is that unless you're Wolverine or some other mutant outlier, there is no such thing as a fast healer. You cannot cheat your physiology.
Follow your doctor's timetable. Manage your swelling. Optimize sleep & nutrition and you'll be back smashing PRs.
