Hey Mob-Stern,

Today’s mission to crack that stubborn athletic induced, lateral elbow pain. Jumpstretch.com has the correct compression band, but you should take a crack at it with what you have on hand. Remember, if you’ve injured a tissue, you’ve got to treat that tissue AND solve the mechanical problem that caused that tissue to load poorly in the first place.

Great video. Please do a video on medial elbow pain, where it hurts during wrist flexion and all back exercises (rows, chins, deadlifts), even bottom of the bench press. Thank you

I would second the above request for assistance with medial elbow pain. After suffering an acute flair more than 2 years ago of bilateral medial elbow tendonitis, it remains an area that tends to flair up.
Your videos have been extremely helpful by the way.
    Thank you for your expertise.
    Cheers

This is great. Consider this a third vote for a Mob Rx on medial epicondylitis.

Thanks for a great job and vote 4. If the medial elbow pain is the same as “Golfers Elbow”, I need some major help. I dont golf much and it’s my other elbow anyway, but between Sealfit, surfing, swimming, paddling, SUP, its the only tweek I cant fix. Thnxs in advance.
