Hey MWoders,
It turns out that treating multiple aspects of your business is GOOD for your business.
So, don’t just roll or treat muscle length dysfunction, do both!
Just set the clock at 12 minutes and see how much leg lamination you can destroy.

The 4 Hour Body -

I had to go back and watch again cause I missed the whole middle part. LOL, I couldnt stop laughing cause your dog is so persistent!
I've been following these mwods since you started doing this. My issue is that as a soldier I was in Iraq and our command mandated we sling our weapons at all times. With this I developed a pretty nasty pain in my shoulders. My collar bone actually protrudes now and is very painful overhead. Sadly the Army will not allow any physio since I can pass its "standards". I have been following the distractions of the shoulder and pushing it back, but it just isn't enough. What else can I do?
Sincerely,
Andrews
KStar or anyone else. What is a good site to order some of the bands that we use about everyday on here? Thanks
Kelly really needs an FAQ with this as #1.
@Dave,
The bands are available at Rogue Fitness:
http://www.roguefitness.com/adaptive-rehabilitation/rehab-bands/iron-woody-bands.php
EliteFTS had them too.
http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/default.asp?cid=138
And quite a few other places.
In the Iron Woody range the thin blue one is the most used or any medium band. Green are used on a bunch too.
Hey Kstar!!
Even though I'm a full time crossfitter (training 4-5 times per week) I spend most of my day in an office working as an accountant and especially durng tax season I spend long hours in the chair typing away. Is there any good office stretches to do for hip openings and for tight shoulders? Thanks
KStar!!!!
I am a huge fan of the MWOD and I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for everything you do. I hope to some day shake your hand and thank you in person.
Thanks - great stuff. When you were sitting on the draft chair, you said "it allows me to get my hips way below my knees". What did you mean by that (since your hips were still above your knees). Thanks.
@Dan,
He meant the other way 'round.
Knees way below hips.
