Hey Mobile Ones,

This Mwod Mission is another basic recipe for recovering your smoked lower back after repeated jumping efforts (think basketball, running, box jumping).

You are going to have to over do it once in awhile. You WILL meet the honey badger. He WILL destroy you if you don’t have a plan.

Make a better decision and deal your business.

Is that a tube of NUUN in the background? I’ve been using that sporadically. What are your thoughts on using NUUN for consistent hydration? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you for everything everyday! -John D

Quick question: Why do you add bands in when you do your mobility work? What are the benefits.

Great timing for the smoked lower back advice, though my badger attacked last Thursday. I have been essentially immobilized the past 4 days after overdoing it (running and jumping on consecutive days). There was a delayed onset of the stiffness of about a day, day and a half. Is that common?

@Steven the bands are used mostly for joint distraction. He talks about it in a lot of the videos if you start watching the archives.
