Hey Leopardnesses,

Today’s mission is for a good friend about to go destroy the track at nationals. Turns out, he’s a sprinting machine and has developed some serious bilateral “turf toe” like symptoms. Remember that it is rarely the injured joint/tissue that is the problem. Rather the injured tissue/joint is the downstream effect. Solution: Triage the injured tissue + figure out what mechanics brought it on= success. Don’t just treat the problem.

Kelly there is a great McConnell tape job for this problem. Allows my athletes to compete painfree while I treat the mechanics.
