Hey Mobilites,
Today’s mission to come up with a game plan to create some breathing room for those of you with loud creaky knees. Crepitus by itself isn’t usually considered pathological until you consider that the human body shouldn’t really crunch or creak. At all. The leopard is made up of layers of silk sliding over steel springs….

Grab some water, check your mechanics (verticalize that shin), and see if you can’t make some change to that squeeky hinge joint. After all, that little pile of metal at the bottom of that tight door hinge isn’t really a good model for your leopard knees.

great info, I use the towel behind the knees in the 10 minute paleo squat. I used it in the kneeling position, explode to the squat video a few days back. A little history…back in the 70′s guys would use tennis balls under their knee wraps to record some wild squats numbers.

Will this help address cracking knees? This is most likely due to two ACL surgeries.

Where did you get the data for the amount of water to intake per day? What’s your source? Just curious.
