So, to get into that low position, my heels come way off the ground. Is it better for me to get low, and let the heels up, or to keep the feet flat and only get as low as I can?
I have the same problem as Ann, my ankles are so tight I cant place my feet flat on the floor - should I hold onto something for flat footed balance or go as low as possible??
I used to poop like when I was little but then I stopped.
After a few minutes of doing the squat test, I get tightness in the tissues behind my knees. Any idea what is causing this?
