      Hey Mwodies,

      Today’s episode has us asking the question; what needs fixing? The movement and mobility model is predicated on understanding and implementing correct mechanics first. Many of the problems we observe in athletes, and especially in young athletes, are related to not moving well, or not knowing how to move well. The cure for bad movement is good movement. When you start thinking about why and what is keeping an athlete from moving correctly, prioritize motor control first.
