Hey Flexikids,
We are back today working on the dreaded “No Torque” Epidemic. Today’s post is an incredibly effective way to cue shoulder external rotation in flexion: which is sort of useful in movements like the bench, the front rack, or the hand stand pushup.
So:
MWod: Collect 2-3 minutes for all three mobs each side.

Tried this and it instantly fixed my shoulder impingement, and have to continued to do it. However after a nights sleep, my shoulder returns to the front of the socket, and with inpingement. How can I ensure my shoulder stays in the right place ?
